Beginning my first blog today with a sweet note. Since from my childhood I heard and believed that any kind of celebration should incorporate something sweet, it may be kheer, sweets from the market, or at least jaggery .
And now my passion for food led me to this celebration of creating something precious from scratch. These recipes of mine used to be confined within my family and friends, and from now onwards thought of sharing it with my old and new friends . Please excuse me for the novice presentation, hope to improve on the course of my new chapter.
My first recipe :
Oreo Cheese Cake :
Facts About Oreo Cheese Cake :
Oreo cheesecake is a sweet, baked dessert that is made primarily using cream cheese and flavored with brand name Oreo cookies or similar store brand or generic cookies.

This is a simple no bake cake which can be literally be made by anyone and everyone. This is especially loved by my teenager son and this would make for a lovely dessert for parties too.
Star Ingredient : Oreo biscuit
Main Ingredients :
- 2 Packets of Oreo Buiscuit
- 100 gm of melted Amul Butter
- 2 cup of Hung Curd
- 1 packet of Fresh Cream
- 1 tin of Condensed Milk
- 5 teaspoon of Powdered Sugar
- 1 packet of Gelatin
Serves 5 to 6 persons .
Method:
Take one packet of Oreo biscuit and grind it in a mixture to a powdered texture. Then mix it with melted butter on a plate. Put the prepared mixture at the base
of the cake tin , pat it, till it becomes a smooth surface. Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Meanwhile mix all the other ingredients like hung curd , fresh cream, powdered sugar, in a bowl and then put it in a mixture and blend it thouroughly. Put the
prepared mixture in a bowl. Now mix the gelatin with warm water in a cup.
Pour in the gelatin Into the previously prepared mixture gently with one hand, while simultaneously stirring the mixture with the other hand.
Lastly bring out the cake tin and pour the prepared mixture on top of the biscuit base . smoothed it out with a flat wooden spatula.
Let it refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours .
Garnish it with Oreo biscuit .
Your no bake cake is ready to eat. 🙂
