This is a Bengali dessert ideal for summer and to make it more interesting I have put a layer of ripe mango topping on it.
This is a hassle free dessert which you can make when you have some friends coming over and you don’t have the time to make an elaborate dessert .

Main Ingredients :
- 200 gm of beaten and hung curd
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 5 almonds blanched and sliced
- 10 pistachios sliced
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
Beat together curd, milk , condensed milk till well blended . Add almonds , pistachios and cardamon powder. Mix well all the ingredients.
Pour the mixture on oven proof bowl, and cover it with aluminium foil. Pre heat the oven to 100 degree centigrade.
Take some water on an oven proof plate and place the bowl on it, to give it a steamed effect. Microwave it for 25 min.
After 25 min take out from oven then bring it to room temperature .
Add some mango paste as a topping and refrigerate for 2 hours.
After 2 hours it is ready to eat — 🙂
