This cheesecake was my son’s demand — and hence on the process of making one thought of sharing with you all —
My family loves blueberry and I happen to keep frozen blueberries in my freezer (as a snack) and this time I had a can of blueberry compote with me which I delightfully used it to make this cheesecake more interesting and needless to say , this no bake cheesecake was finished in no time —
Main Ingredients :
- 1 can of blueberry compote
- 1 packet of glucose biscuit
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 200 gm of hung curd
- 1 pack of Amul fresh cream
- 100 gm of Amul butter
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 pack of gelatin
Make a crust from grinded biscuits and melted butter and set it on a glass bowl . Keep it on the fridge for 1/2 an hour .
Meanwhile blend in the hung curd , sugar , fresh cream, condensed milk in a blender and then pour it in a large bowl, now gently mix in the blueberry compote . Take a pack of gelatin and pour some warm water onto it . Then mix it with a spoon and then gently add it into the prepared mixture .
Take out the set crumb from the fridge and then pour in the prepared mixture on top of it and let it refrigerator for a period of 4 to 5 hours or till set.
