This is a typical dish which is only made on day’s like — Holi or Ratha Yatra — in India.

Main Ingredients :
- 250 gm of semolina
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 4 to 5 tbsp dryfruits ( of your choice)
- Ghee (Clarified butter ) for frying
Soak semolina overnight in water in a medium sized bowl.
In the morning , mix this with some milk, sugar and chopped dryfruits. Make it a dosa batter consistency.
