This is a sweet dish which can be made during Puja or any special occassion—
During Sandhi Puja this dish is also offered to the Goddess —- since this is a very tasty sweet dish it can be had any day as a normal dessert 😊
- A cup of Suji (semolina)
- Sugar 100gm
- Milk 500 ml
- A handful of pista
- 2 Bayleaf
- 5 tsp of raisin
- 2 powdered cardamom
- 2 tbsp of Ghee
- Few drops of Rose water essence
Heat a pan then add ghee , add in the suji and toast it till it looses it’s raw flavour and turns light brown in colour.
Pour milk , cashew and raisin.
Boil for 5 minutes, now add sugar and cook till it thickens. Add few drops of Rose water essence.
