This preparation is far from boring —-
It is loved by my family and I am sure each and every friend of mine will just love this item.
Let’s start with the preparation — 🙂
- 500 gms of boneless chicken
- 2 cups of chicken stock
- 1 sliced lemon
- 2 tsp of soya sauce
- 2 tsp of vinegar
- 2 tsp of honey
- 1/2 tsp of lemon zest
- 2tsp of cornflour
- Some spring onion for garnishing
- 6 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp of crushed garlic
- 2 tsp of vegetable oil
- 1 tsp of black pepper
Prepare the chicken by cleaning and then cut the chicken in but sized pieces , season the pieces with salt and pepper. Give them a nice coating of all purpose flour and fry them on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes . Keep them aside.
At this point add in the sliced lemons , vinegar, salt , black pepper , and honey .
After few minutes add in the honey and the cornflour dissolved in some water, this will make the sauce thicker . Lastly some lemon zest and lemon juice will do the trick.
Pour this sauce over the fried chicken.
