An Indo chinese style of preparation of hakka noodles with vegetables and egg.
If you can prepare it at home — then no need to go outside , enjoy it at the comfort of your house.
This is the spicier version of the actual chinese noodles and is highly popular as a street food in India—
- 2 packet of Ching’s Hakka Noodles
- 1/2 cup of vegetables ( carrot ,beans, red and yellow capsicum)
- 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp of chilli sauce
- 1 tsp of soya sauce
- 1 tsp of vinegar
- 4 scrambled eggs
- 5 tsp of chopped garlic
- 2 sliced onions
- 3 to 4 green chillies
- 1 tsp of pepper powder
- 4 to 5 tbsp of vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Prepare the noodles as per package instructions.
Heat oil in a frying pan, break in the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, scramble it nicely and keep it aside.
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan, add minced garlic , onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Then add in the finely chopped vegetables , fry them for another 2 minutes , add the soya sauce . Stir fry the vegetables on high flame.
Add in all the sauces at this point , salt , pepper powder and mix in the noodles with the sauce and the vegetables.
Lastly add the scrambled egg and give a quick stir.
Toss the noodles for 2 minutes .
Remove from heat and serve hot .
