Soft melt in your mouth recipe —
Super easy , tasty and delicious dish and will surely bring smile onto your family members faces at dinner time 😊
Can be served with roti , naan, kulcha or fried rice.
- 250 gm paneer
- 3 tsp of onion , ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
- 3 tbsp of tomato paste
- 4 tsp of cashew and almond paste
- Amul cream
- 1 tsp of whole garam Masala
- 1 tsp of garam Masala powder
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 3 tsp of vegetable oil
Cut the paneer into cube and set aside.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and temper it with some whole garam Masala.
Add in the onion, ginger,garlic and chilli paste. Saute it for 10 minutes, add in the tomato paste — again saute it for 5 minutes or until the raw smell disappears–
This is the time to add in your cashew and almond paste — reduce the flame otherwise the Masala might stick to the pan–
Add in sugar and salt to taste– pour in some warm water — wait till it comes to a boil add in your paneer cubes —
Cook it for 5 minutes — add in the fresh cream — don’t cook for a long time after paneer is added–
Put off the flame after another 5 minutes — transfer it to a serving bowl and sprinkle some garam Masala powder
Imp note — Don’t add turmeric and red chilli powder in this recipe — we want a nice whitish, creamy colour for this gravy 😊
