Pan Fried fish in lemon butter sauce

Simple and easy way to cook fish and especially if you are in a hurry —

This is a delicious pan seared crispy fish recipe infused with lemony — buttery flavours that literally melts in your mouth —

I have used basa fillets in this recipe ( since was not able to get a hand on salmon- 😦 )– you can use salmon fillets — it will definitely taste better with salmon —
Main Ingredients :

  • 4 pieces of basa fillets
  • 150 gms of Amul butter
  • Few sprigs of parsley
  • One finely chopped onion
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 glass of white wine

Method :

Season the fillets with some salt and pepper —

Add butter on a pan — put gas on medium flame — fry the fish pieces till it takes a nutty brown in colour —

Deglaze the pan with white wine —

Squeeze in juice of one lemon —

Add in the chopped onion and heavy cream — mix it thoroughly—

Season with salt and pepper —

Reduce the sauce to a thick consistency —

Add chopped parsley to the sauce —

Place the fillets on a serving plate —- Pour the sauce on top of the juicy , saucy fillets —–

Serve it with some sauteed boiled vegetables —-
