Smiley

Made from 100% goodness of potatoes these are hot favourites among kids —

Can be served as a snack item or during birthday parties —

I can already see the smiles on your face —-

Totally enjoyed making this and loved the way it turned out —

Few simple ingredients and you are all set —
Main Ingredients :

  • 3 large boiled potatoes
  • 4 tbsp cheese grated
  • 1 tsp of chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 slices of soaked bread slices
  • Required quantity of cornflour
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying

Method:

Take boiled potatoes and grate them —

Keep it in a large mixing bowl — Add all the ingredients one by one one onto the mixture —except oil–

Shape it into a dough and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes —

Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into ball — using the palm of your hand —-

Take a ball — flatten it out — use straw to make the eyes by making holes on top and hold the spoon from the backside and give it a light press on the ball to make it smile —

Heat oil for deep frying — drop these smileys on hot oil and fry until crispy —

Drain it in kitchen napkins —

Serve them with sauce of your choice —
