Banana Walnut Milkshake

A quick and healthy breakfast option — specially if you are in a hurry —

Just blend all the ingredients — you are good to go —

Super delicious and with a classic combo of banana and walnuts — which acts as an energizer together with an yummy taste —
Main Ingredients:

  • One ripe banana slices
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream or yoghurt
  • 4 to 5 walnuts
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 tsp of honey (optional)

Method:

Place banana slices , vanilla icecream , walnuts and a glass of milk in a blender —

Blend in slow speed at the beginning until ingredients starts to mix together —-

Then increase to high speed — blend it to a smooth creamy mixture —

For added sweetness you can add honey — Here I have given it a miss —-

Serve chilled —-
